Samuel Landol Jr. Esq.

Samuel Landol Jr. Esq., received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. While at Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Landol served on the executive board of the Latin American Law School Association as Treasurer. He also participated in S.U. Clinica Legal, an urban legal clinic in East Boston, assisting indigent tenants with landlord-tenant disputes.

Mr. Landol was admitted to the Florida Bar and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2003. He subsequently began his legal career with a small Ft. Lauderdale- based firm in the representation of individual Bankruptcy debtors filing Chapter Seven and Chapter Thirteen bankruptcies in the Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and Palm Beach areas.

Mr. Landol, a Senior Associate with the Firm has been representing Condominium and Homeowner Associations since 2005. As counsel for numerous community associations throughout the state of Florida, his practice has focused on contract review, drafting and amending governing documents, collection and foreclosures, covenant enforcement, drafting legal opinions and assisting his association clients with the daily operation and administration of their communities. Mr. Landol is multi lingual and speaks English, Spanish and Portugese.
