Carol A. Strauss, Esq.

Carol A. Strauss, Esq., an associate member of the Firm, graduated from The University of Florida in 1994 with a B.A. in Speech Communication. She later enrolled in Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000. Upon admission to the Bar, Ms. Strauss began her practice of law in South Florida with a focus on Plaintiff’s Personal Injury. Ms. Strauss has concentrated her practice of the law on Community Association and Real Estate Law. In addition, Ms. Strauss has acted as General Counsel for a growing local company since 2005.

As a part of the Bakalar and Associates, team Ms. Strauss advises and represents Condominium and Homeowner Associations with their collection and general legal needs.
