Lawrence Weiner, Esq.

Mr. Weiner, an of counsel attorney to the Firm graduated with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1964 majoring in accounting with minors in both finance and insurance. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he graduated with honors in 1967 and served as an editor of the Law Review. Mr. Weiner was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1967 and the Florida Bar in 1969. Since 1971, Mr. Weiner has been practicing Law in South Florida.

Since 1971 Mr. Weiner has been engaged in general representation of owners and executives of closely held business enterprises and professional practices with responsibility for direct handling of any and all legal matters affecting the business enterprise, professional practice, individuals, and members of their families. Such representation includes preparation of Wills, Trusts, Estates (planing and administration), Taxation, Real Estate (purchases, sales, leases and mortgages), Commercial Transactions (including loan and security agreements), Corporate Law, Non-Profit Corporations and Associations (formation and operation). Additionally, from1983-1989, Mr. Weiner was a partner in a Law Firm representing the largest local mortgage lender in South Florida.
